Join Facilitators trained by the School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership to learn ways to connect to nature through an hour of embodied practice.

Following the practice, join Micah Mortali, Founder and Director of the Kripalu School of Mindful Outdoor Leadership, for 30 minutes to explore how to deepen your relationship with nature as you embark on your yoga and Ayurveda journey, connecting with KSMOL and deepening your experience with your environment at Kripalu Center, located in the Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts on the unceded territories of the Munsee band of Mohicans.
